Our first stop after leaving Sables d'Olonne. We arrived late but the person we spoke to on the phone offered us the spot that seemed easiest! The next day, we formalised everything at the office with a very pleasant staff member. The marina is very nice, with various basins, and the sailing club activities make for a good show! The city itself is beautiful, both on the sea side and inland! We stayed for three nights and were never bored for a minute! A stop not to be missed!
Very protected. Well situated in the town. Adequate sanitary facilities. Key and deposit plate not very practical when leaving early before opening. Visitors are in the front harbour with plenty of space. Not many services for boats.
Friendly welcome at the dock and help with mooring. The infrastructure is ageing but still adequate. Reception at harbour office is in French. A deposit of 20 euros is required for the key card (which will be refunded if you leave outside the harbour office hours). Visitors will appreciate having the town close by and a long beautiful walk can be taken along the main beach and beyond.

We arrived at night, the port was very well lit, the harbour master spoke French. The city centre near the port is excellent for buying supplies but too big for us, too many people.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed there for a week and had a great time. Beautiful city with places to see. The only downside is that there was no power outlet. I definitely recommend it.
We spent two nights there in May 2022. Friendly and efficient sailors. Very friendly office staff. The key to the docks and sanitary facilities (20€ deposit) must be returned the day before by 5 p.m. if you leave early in the morning... Close proximity to the city centre is a plus. Beautiful city. We will return.
